All men are by nature equal, made all of the same earth by one Workman; and however we deceive ourselves, as dear unto God is the poor peasant as the mighty prince.

The Beloved Disciple Seminary welcomes all sincere students seeking enrichment and/or preparing for the ministry or Holy Orders. All students are warmly received into our family of scholars, without regard given to an individual's gender, marital status, race, ethnicity, nationality, physical challenge and/or social status. Candidates from jurisdictions other than the Contemporary Catholic Church must have their local bishop’s approval before registering with the school.

The Beloved Disciple Seminary offers a wide range of courses for those interested in self improvement and spiritual growth as well as for those who have been called to the ordained ministry of the diaconate and priesthood. We strive to prepare students to meet the many challenges of serving diverse communities with compassion, understanding and pastoral competence.

All course work is offered on the basis of external study, giving students the unique advantage of completing course work at an individualized pace. In addition, students have an opportunity to meet their educational needs on a systematic and specified sequence, or to complete the entire program which meets the academic portion of the requirements for ordination to the priesthood within the Contemporary Catholic Church.

The Beloved Disciple Seminary is about pastoral formation, not just education. It's about forming your attitudes towards ministry, and about helping to strengthen your spiritual life within Christ's Church. Accordingly, much of the formation is about initiating and cultivating relationships with your Bishop and with your assigned mentor.
